Two measurements and sixty seconds. That’s all it takes to land the size that actually fits.
Step One
How to measure
Grab a soft tape measure and stand relaxed in front of a mirror. Measure against bare skin or a soft, unpadded bra, keeping the tape level with the floor.
Your band
Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly underneath your bust. Keep it firm and level all the way round. This is your underbust measurement, and it sets your band size.
Your cup
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, tape level, without squashing. This is your bust measurement. The difference between bust and underbust sets your cup.
Tip: a well-fitting band sits level around your body and does most of the support. If in doubt, measure twice.
Step Two
The size chart
Find your band from your underbust, then your cup from the bust–underbust difference. Put them together for your NEMA size.

Worked example
Underbust 30 in puts you in a 34 band. A 33 in bust is 3 inches more, so a C cup. Your size is a 34C.
Getting it right
Fit notes
- The band does the work. It should feel firm and stay level around your body, never riding up at the back. Most of your support comes from here, not the straps.
- The cups are bonded, not padded. Our 7mm cups shape you without foam inserts, so they sit smooth and close. If you fall between cup sizes, size up for comfort.
- Straps adjust, but stay racerback. They detach and adjust for length to fine-tune your fit, while keeping the supportive racerback shape.
- Between bands? If your underbust falls on a boundary, size down for a firmer, more supportive fit or up for a softer one.
