Our Story
Built for the way we actually move.
NEMA began with a drawer full of sports bras and a quiet frustration, not one of them did everything it promised.
So we spent two years testing every bra we could get our hands on: wearing them through classes and commutes, pulling them apart, and cataloguing exactly where each one fell short. Most made us choose, between lock-down support and something we’d actually want to wear, between technical fabric and a silhouette that flatters, between built for running and built for the rest of the day.
We didn’t want another compromise. We wanted a bra engineered from the inside out, where every seam, cup and strap earns its place, and nothing is added for the sake of a spec sheet. Technical performance knits, heat-moulded contour cups, welded seams that vanish against the skin, a racerback that holds. Designed and spec’d in Britain, refined over dozens of samples until it felt like nothing at all.

Bonded single-mould cups
7mm EVA foam permanently bonded and heat-pressed into a single contour cup for a smooth shape and structured, medium-to-high support that moves with you.
Ultrasonic welded seams
Seams are laser-cut and welded with heat, not stitched, eliminating chafing, reducing bulk and creating a seamless feel against skin.
Laser-cut ventilation
Precision perforations across strategic zones deliver airflow exactly where you need it, over a full tricot spacer-mesh lining that keeps you cool and dry.
Adjustable, detachable straps
Length-adjustable straps with premium zinc-alloy sliders detach fully for washing or replacement. The racerback holds your shoulders back for support and freedom.
Anti-odour silver thread
Silver-ion thread woven into the inner fabric inhibits odour-causing bacteria. Session after session, wash after wash, it stays fresher, longer.
3M reflective branding
A reflective rear logo keeps you visible in low light, for early mornings, late evenings and everything in between.

Welded, not stitched
Every seam is laser-cut and bonded with textile adhesive and heat. The result is a completely flat, seamless interior that eliminates chafing. Most performance bras still rely on overlocked seams. This one has none.
Bonded single-mould cups
The 7mm EVA foam is permanently bonded and heat-pressed into a single contour cup. It can’t shift, fold or compress, delivering consistent, structured support from the studio to the street.
Reflective visibility
The rear logo uses a 3M reflective heat-transfer finish that lights up in low light. For early starts and evening sessions, it’s a safety feature built into the design, not clipped on as an afterthought.
